You will be reading about fitness, nutrition, computers, politics, people, friends, family and just about anything else I can think about writing.
Fitness: for those that know me, I weigh 280lbs, mostly from sitting at a desk for many a hours a day coding, emailing, tech support, among many other things. So I have been doing the gym workout again. New location with a new trainer, Jillian Wang, with a degree in Kinesiology, is starting me having test and rebuild those basic core muscles. 2 Weeks down.
Nutrition: I restarted the 40/40/20(Carbs/Protein/Fat) as well as low GI foods.
